Brad and Rebecca Turner found a mission through the struggle of caring for their daughter Kinsley, who was born with Cerebral Palsy. For Brad, he lives out this purpose as the head of Tennessee's Commissioner of The Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. For Rebecca, it is by pouring into her daughter's life and the lives of other parents who've unexpectedly found themselves on a similar path. And not forgetting Kinsley, who is light in the darkness wherever she goes.
